A living immersive performance created by award-winning violinist and composer Nathalie Bonin, QOR brings together live music, breath, movement, audience biometrics, spatial sound and responsive visuals.
The audience is no longer only watching: its presence becomes part of the artwork.
Not through a screen or controller—but through breath, attention and presence.
Selected audience members wear non-invasive biometric devices during the live performance. Their changing physiological signals become creative material, influencing a responsive world of image, movement and sound.
The technology is designed to recede. QOR is not a data demonstration or a conventional concert: it is an embodied, music-led environment where human presence becomes visible.
Live violin and original cinematic music guide the emotional arc. Breath and movement help participants arrive in the body. A small biometric cohort helps shape a shared visual and sonic environment for the entire room.

QOR grew from Nathalie Bonin’s decades of experience as a violinist and composer—and from her lifelong curiosity about science, technology and the body. After asking, “What if the audience could co-create with the performer?” at Infinity Festival in 2024, she began a series of studies, performances and public activations exploring how music, embodied preparation and physiological signals could become one evolving artwork.

Each phase brought QOR closer to a core artistic idea: a room can move through a shared arc while every participant remains distinctly themselves.
Live violin, guided breath and movement coincided with visible shifts in participants’ nervous-system patterns—the first sign that an audience’s inner state could become part of the artwork.

QOR brings together artists, scientists and technologists to turn shared presence into a living artwork. Nathalie Bonin, Dolce Wang, Jonathan Burow and Samantha Ho will attend SpherIcon in Germany and participate as panelists.
Canadian violinist and composer Nathalie Bonin brings the expressive power of the violin and the sweep of cinematic music to screen, stage, and immersive experiences. Her credits include Bridgerton, productions for Netflix, Apple TV, and the BBC, and the GRAMMY®-winning Women Warriors: The Voices of Change. Her honors include SOCAN Screen Composer of the Year and SESAC Film Performance of the Year. With QOR, she invites audiences to become part of a living artwork, where their own rhythms help shape the music and responsive digital world around them.
Dolce Wang has spent two decades creating immersive experiences that celebrate what it means to be alive, from Walt Disney Imagineering to projects for NASA, the Tokyo Olympics, and the United Nations. Her work as an Executive Creative Director spans theme parks, XR, and interactive installations across the US and Asia. She has earned US patents, Muse Platinum Awards, THEA Awards, and is the founder of Bravewyld. Dolce is also a cellist, guitarist, and composer who loves bringing people together through sound.
Jonathan Burow is a technology founder and executive, software architect, and creative technologist. His work spans award-winning mobile applications and digital media platforms for AT&T, HBO, Verizon, and UPC (Liberty Global), including products reaching millions of users worldwide. A national conference speaker on applied AI, Jonathan also brings more than 15 years of live event production experience, uniting his background in interactive media, software development, and audience engagement.
Sam is a creative, and advanced technology is her medium. Her work spans immersive experiences, large-scale robotic shows, and fashion technology. She currently leads AI embodiment design at Familiar Machines & Magic, where she embeds personality and behavior into consumer robots. Her portfolio includes Walt Disney Imagineering R&D, Warner Bros., and Nike experiential installations.
Neuroscientist and co-founder of the Institute for Advanced Consciousness Studies. His work connects consciousness research, neuroimaging and immersive technology, bringing biometric expertise and a research perspective to QOR.
Operates the IACS biometric capture system for QOR, supporting device setup, signal flow and participant support during research sessions and live activations.
Jānis Eglītis brings an inventive ear and a passion for sound to a career spanning music and film. As CEO and audio engineer at Audilla in Riga, Latvia, he leads a studio whose work ranges from artist recordings to film sound and Dolby Atmos mixing. His creative drive and talent for solving technical challenges help turn ambitious ideas into immersive listening experiences. His collaborations include co-producing Nathalie Bonin’s Stormy Skies.
Co-founder of Digital FUN and TEA Community; interactive projection designer for SIGGRAPH’s VR Theatre (2018–2019). Credits include interactive visuals for the 2024 Chinese Spring Festival Gala and Digital FUN projects for Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Dior.
Briefly visiting Earth disguised as a sound artist to explore what it means to be human, from the last sound to the first sound and all that we hear in between. Citizen Artist Fellow at the Kennedy Center; artist-in-residence for Johns Hopkins Sibley Innovation Hub and Stanford Medicine X; founder of Sen Sound, a studio dedicated to transforming the sound experience in hospitals; Red Dot Award "Best of the Best."

Researcher and author in sociology and healthcare, Solenn brings an interdisciplinary perspective on human experience, health and society to QOR’s advisory team.
